Yes, you’re free to pick the load you want. We are not a forced load dispatcher. We provide you with many options to pick the type of load that suits you.
How will a dispatch service help me in my trucking business?
Dispatch services may frequently link you two load faster than brokering arrangements on your own, which can reduce empty miles. They can also assist you avoid risks you might be ignorant of or unable to manage on the go, resulting in smoother and more timely operations.
What is the difference between a truck dispatcher and a freight broker?
A freight broker deals with both shippers and carriers. Mostly, they are agents for the shipper. To earn a good profit, they do not need to disclose the booked freight for the truck. On the other hand, a dispatcher is your agent. We negotiate the best price for you so that you can earn the most.
How much do you charge for dispatch service?
We have reasonable rates, starting at 3% of gross and there are no hidden charges.
When do you pay me after I deliver a load?

Can I do power-only loads?
Yes, or if you want a trailer, we can arrange it on a monthly rental basis.
Do I need an insurance certificate for every broker?
No, you will need it only once. However, you will need to specify “us” for the processing certificate request. You can do this by contacting your provider.
How can I get started with your dispatch service?
Here’s what is required to get started:
• First, you sign a dispatch carrier agreement.
• Second, you specify us as your insurance certificate holder.
• Third, you provide us with your MC and W9-form.
• Lastly, we will need a copy of your CDL.
Do I need an IFTA license to start as a truck dispatcher?
There is a certain criterion to know if you need an IFTA license.
1. Your vehicle weighs more than 26,000.
2. A vehicle has more than three axles.
3. Your vehicle is a commercial haulage vehicle.
Is it necessary to take all services from your company?
Not at all.We offer a range of services to our customers. So, you can choose from documentation, dispatch, and consulting. You can ask for whatever you want. We’re always here for you.
How long does it take to get paid?
We reach out to the broker for payment as soon as we have the BOL or POD. We require the BOL/POD from your end before we can submit it to the broker.
Can I share the signed BOL/PODs via email?
Yes, absolutely. You’re always welcome to email us the BOL. You may sign it and send it to us via email. Moreover, we appreciate our carriers’ doing business with ease.
